Within this application, you can view your customized home exercise routine featuring high-definition instructional videos. Utilize the 'Messages' section to securely communicate with your Advanced Rehabilitation Inc provider. As you successfully finish your exercises, you will receive trophies and medals as a reward for your achievements.

Monitor and keep track of your awards in the dedicated 'Awards' section of the app. If you require language support other than English, navigate to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to choose from additional language options. To schedule an appointment, visit the 'Appointments' tab for further information. Remember to mark your exercises as complete to allow your provider to monitor your progress effectively!

Access to this application is exclusively for Advanced Rehabilitation Inc patients. The app is designed to seamlessly integrate with your iPhone's Health app, providing your provider with access to your daily step count data for activity monitoring.
